I am licensed and certified to provide EMDR by the EMDR Institute. I also help individuals focus on ways to engage in deep relaxation and improve their health and wellbeing. I can also work within most specialties in which you have interest. If you’d prefer to use CBT, DBT or Mindfulness-based therapies, I am happy to work within the framework you prefer.
