I enjoy helping individuals work through their issues by processing their trauma. When a person resolves their trauma the rest of their issues in life usually go away. I believe in a strong collaborative relationship with my client. You are in charge of your recovery. My hope is for you to be able to look at your past and present in order to help you identify how they have both helped you and gotten in the way of you being able to achieve your goals in relationships and in life. Connecting the dots from your past experiences to what is currently going on in your life is a strong motivator for change

I am currently certified in EMDR, which is the main intervention I use in my practice for both adults and children. However, I also use other modalities such as CBT Plus (for children), Play therapy (for children) and CETA (for adults). Upon using each of these modalities I also utilize a strengths and person-centered perspective with my clients.
