Hello, I’m Troy! Congratulations on taking the first steps towards becoming your best self! I believe seeking a therapist takes a great deal of courage, care, and humility and it’s those qualities in you that are such important ingredients to successful therapy. If you are looking for a therapist, I believe you have those important qualities, and I would like to be a part of your team. If you are looking for someone to act as a consultant and work collaboratively with you and if you want to work with someone who will seek first to understand you as a unique individual with zero, nada, judgment or condescension, then call me!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with 11 years experience helping people from age 4 to age 84. I most prefer working with teenager, adults and seniors. I have training in CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reductiion and Motivational Interviewing. I’ can help with anxiety, depression, PTS, grief and relationship problems.

I will always be respectful of your values, strengths and unique challenges. I will seek first to understand and then help you find solutions that are right for you.
